Switching Concepts

In todays world the focus is shifting from gaining knowledge to gaining grades. In the long run it affects the quality of the manpower as the students are not equipped with the understanding of the concepts being used but concentrated in reading books and forget everything else. Students now are faced with dillema of completing the syllabus but not getting the required skills to face situations of the practical and stressful work environments where time literally means money. Todays work culture requires a person to work smart as everybody is already working hard.We have a vision in which we want the students not only to study but also to gain knowledge and skills in which they can face any situation standing tall. In essence we want our students to become smart workers rather than be to told to become.
